Uploaded project information

Uploaded files are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible. Only authorized SHOW UP team members can view them. Files from one client are never shared with another client. Please avoid uploading information you are not authorized to share, such as confidential contracts you are restricted from disclosing.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share project information with a vendor or contractor only with your permission, as part of a service you request.

Retention

We keep submissions and files as long as needed to serve you and maintain project records. You may request deletion at any time through our contact form.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information you've submitted by contacting us.
