Sometimes a training problem isn't actually a training problem.
If our trainer discovers that a system can't reasonably be operated because of configuration, installation, design, workflow or equipment problems, we'll document those concerns for you. We can then offer a separate system assessment or consulting engagement so the issue gets the attention it deserves, and your training time stays focused on your team.
